Need a REALTOR® in San Diego County?
Our program operates throughout San Diego County. We can represent you as you buy or sell a property. A minimum of 20% of the agent’s earnings will be donated to one of our approved charities. You will choose which charity receives a donation.
Need a REALTOR outside San Diego County?
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® we are linked to other real estate agents and brokers throughout the United States who will pay a fee for referring a buyer or seller to them.
We make referrals to skilled agents in the geographic area of need and you choose who you want to represent you.
The referral fee generated through this method is of no additional cost to you.
When we refer to other agents a minimum of 40% of our referral earnings will be donated to one of our approved charities. You will choose which charity.
WHO WE ARE
Lead REALTOR® Richard Dennis Archer, CA DRE# 01313682, has held a real estate license in California for more than 20 years. Until recently his real estate efforts have been secondary to his primary work of serving as a social worker for children. He has used his real estate training and license to purchase and manage investment property and assist family members and friends in buying or selling homes. Dennis is associated with the Mission Realty Group Santee real estate office.
Other REALTORS® associated with the program will be skilled agents to whom we will make referrals.

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY?
Donation amounts are directly related to the value of the property to be bought or sold. It is also affected by whether we represent you directly or refer you to an agent in your geographic area or specific area of need.
